Bringing the highest level of
technology to unlock the secrets of the past,
Egypt's Giza plateau was scanned with ground penetrating
radar earlier this year.
A joint Polish-Egyptian-American-Belgian expedition
conducted the scan of the ground beneath the world's
most famous pyramids from February 11 through
13, 2006.
Ground penetrating radar (GPR, sometimes called
ground probing radar, geo-radar, subsurface radar,
earth sounding radar or "radar terrestre
penetrant") is a non-invasive electromagnetic
geophysical technique for subsurface exploration,
characterization and monitoring. It is widely
used in locating lost utilities, environmental
site characterization and monitoring, agriculture,
archaeological and forensic investigation, unexploded
ordnance and land mine detection, and a host of
other applications.
Although the technique has been used by archaeologists
for almost three decades it has only been applied
to the Giza plateau once before, and then just
to the area under the Sphinx.

The follow is an excerpt from an interview conducted
by Joanna Maro of Polish television
with conference speaker Patrick Geryl.
Geryl is the author of THE
ORION PROPHECY: Egyptian & Mayan Prophecies

Joanna Maro: "What are
you searching for at Giza?"
Patrick Geryl: "There
have been rumors for thousands of years about an age-old
time capsule hidden in the earth of Egypt, that has
fired the imagination of the general public. This capsule
is supposed to be infinitely more important than the
treasures of Tutankhamen.
The reports are that the 'Hall of
Records' has secret chambers filled with technological
tour de forces of a forgotten civilization that was
much older than the Egyptian one.
In other words: the quest for the spiritual and cultural
origins of civilization, and its true destiny"
Maro: "Why do you want
to excavate it? What is your exact drive?"
Geryl: "The 'Circle
of Gold' contains information through which the
pre-tidal wave civilization was able to calculate the
exact day of the previous polar reversal. That is to
say, the moment when the North Pole changed place with
the South Pole, accompanied by a huge catastrophe. The
population was destroyed worldwide. For that reason
they wanted to preserve their discoveries for later
generations.
"When we dig up this information it will have world-shocking
consequences. It will turn the complete archaeological
world upside-down. The present astronomers will be scared
out of their wits.
Fifteen thousand years ago a civilization ruling on
earth was able to theoretically calculate the sunspot
cycle, something our present sun specialists are still
not able to do! With the help of this, they knew how
to calculate exactly the date of the previous catastrophe.
They escaped to Egypt and South America, where they
built a new culture. We therefore have to take Noah's
story literally."
Maro: "Can you give us
a more detailed description of what you hope to find
in the 'Hall of Records'?"
Geryl: "The archives
we can find there concern a civilization that had the
same background and culture as the Old Egyptians, as
well as the same laws, arts and diplomacy. And let's
not forget the secret knowledge hidden in their Holy
Scriptures."
Maro: "What else can
be found in this 'Circle of Gold'?"
Geryl: "Incredibly much more than is easily
imaginable. In the middle, there is a circle that depicts
the Zodiac of Dendera. The
twelve star signs that are depicted are extremely large
in size. The second circle contains more complex things.
Thirty-six elements are depicted in it, through which
they were able to calculate beforehand the previous
catastrophe. This was of vital importance. Without these
calculations nobody could have survived that catastrophe."
"Furthermore, we see depicted there Geb,
the last ruler of Aha-Men-Ptah
(Atlantis), who died in the catastrophe. He is carrying
on his head the weight of the earth, which will be reborn
through his wife Nut. She
managed to escape and together with the survivors, laid
the foundations of the new fatherland."
"Without a proper knowledge of this mingling of
historical and spiritual events you cannot properly
reconstruct the history of Egypt. The big Sphinx, for
example, is depicted as a lion, because the previous
catastrophe took place in the Age of the Lion. On the
Zodiac of Dendera you can
see the broken lines under the lion. These lines form
the symbol of a huge tidal wave."
"Furthermore, the 'Hall of Records'
contains masses of hieroglyphs about the Exodus, in
which Horus and Isis
play a main role. There are also pictures that point
to a new age, like those of Taurus
and Aries. Also an indescribable
planetary sphere is present, containing an immeasurable
number of stars."
In short, the knowledge we can find there makes any
other archaeological discovery fade away. Hopefully,
we don't have to wait much longer for the discovery."
Maro: "Will you get part
of the treasures?"
Geryl: "No, which is
logical, by the way. They comprise a unique inheritance
that belongs to a museum. And the discovery alone will
invoke so much attention, that we will be able to cover
the costs."
Maro: "How do you plan
to actually start digging for the 'Hall
of Records'?"
Geryl: "First we have
to wait on the results of the measures from our geo-radar
equipment."
Maro: "What sort of equipment
is that?
Geryl: "The same that
is used to search for hollow spaces. With the aid of
it we looked through the sand to a depth of at least
fifty meters."
Maro: "Do you think it
lays there?"
Geryl: "In fact no. I
think it is in the Labyrinth.
This is about 100 kilometres from Giza.
But my sponsor insisted to scan the Giza
plateau first. Thereafter we will scan the Labyrinth."
Maro: "Any results?"
Geryl: "You will hear
about it in a few weeks. It will be a surprise for me
too."
